As a Partnership Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships to drive business growth and enhance the organization's brand presence. You will collaborate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to identify and execute partnership opportunities that align with the company's objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, a proven track record of building successful partnerships, and a deep understanding of the industry landscape.
- Partnership Development: Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships with key organizations, businesses, and individuals to drive growth and achieve strategic objectives.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, acting as the main point of contact for all partnership-related matters.
- Negotiation: Lead negotiations and contract discussions, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions for all parties involved.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product, and legal, to develop and execute partnership initiatives that align with business goals.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a partnership strategy that supports the company's growth objectives and enhances brand visibility.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- 7 years and up , Proven experience in business development, partnership development, or a related role.
- Demonstrated success in identifying and establishing successful partnerships.
- A solid understanding of the industry and market dynamics relevant to the organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to create compelling presentations and proposals.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to represent the organization professionally in various settings.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess partnership potential and performance.
- Proficient in negotiation techniques with the ability to create mutually beneficial agreements.
