HR Generalist | Remote  

We are looking to hire an HR Executive to join our growing company and oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role is good if you are passionate about people and culture, and have had experience in human resources for a fast-growing startup.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Head of P&C in developing and implementing P&C strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Continuously improve recruitment and selection process
• Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of human capital
• Work with the broader Shippit P&C team in developing and monitoring policies, systems, ways of working, and processes across the organization
• Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management
• Evaluating and reporting on key HR metrics and trends
• Building and maintaining a positive work environment

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, and other relevant fields
• A minimum of 3 years of proven experience leading human resources. Experience in a startup will be a plus
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices in Indonesia, Singapore, and Malaysia
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively
• Professional proficiency in English
