Job Description
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer (3 months contract) to join our team and ensure the quality of our software products. We are seeking someone to help us establish solid QA foundations and practices and eventually lead and guide a team of QA engineers working closely with the product and engineering teams.
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure the quality of our software products
- Collaborate with the product team to identify and resolve defects
- Participate in design and code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards
- Continuously improve our testing processes and methodologies through QA metrics (Eg. open defect counts)
- Lead and mentor junior team members
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in software testing
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (Selenium, Appium, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
