- Achieves individual and team sales goals through the use of Bang&Olufsen specific customer focused engagement strategies
- Delivers extraordinary and lasting experiences to every customer by personalizing Bang&Olufsen products and services to fit their unique needs; Provides exceptional customer service during all customer interactions
- Demonstrates the drive and confidence to succeed in a pay-for-performance environment
- Models excellence in theater show presentation, inclusive of invitation and verbatim script delivery
- Helps to implement Bang&Olufsen visual merchandising standards and execute promotional strategies
- Participates in all store training and certifications to continually develop in the role
- With monthly Commission and Incentives
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): sales and marketing knowledge, customer service, technical skills, communication skills, selling, closing sales
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Preferably with experience in Audio Visual sales
