- Manages End to End Recruitment
- Manages Employee Relations cases
- Manages Onboarding of New Employees
- Manages Timekeeping
- Monitors and complies to the statutory requirements, enrollments and payments to SSS, Philhealth and PAGIBIG
- Ensures compliance to DOLE Requirements
- Executes Organization Development Initiatives
- Performs Admin Duties
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is an advantage.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Proficient in using MS Office.
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Keen on details.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and has a Strong Personality.
- Has a strong sense of Confidentiality.
- Willing to work onsite in Makati City.
