Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Pay attention to the business life cycle, improve the renewal, trial customer conversion
- After the merchant access is opened, urge the use of the product according to the frequency of product use to improve the SaaS software retention rate
- Refine the feedback needs of merchants to help quickly solve the problems of users
- Cooperate with sales signing, provide merchant usage report and data analysis results
Minimum Qualifications

proficiency in Filipino and Mandarin is a must

Experience in e-commerce operation is preferred

Have a good sense of responsibility and communication and understanding skills

Able to use basic office tools such as Excel, Word, etc

Located in Metro Manila

This mostly remote but would be required to meet with clients if needed
