- Utilize Python, Kotlin, or Java at an intermediate level or higher and improve the readability of code;
- Write and develop effective prompts to interact with and guide AI models or LLMs.
- Familiarity with Restful APIs to connect mobile applications to back-end services
- Refining, extending and improving existing codebase for software applications with a focus on AI and LLMs.
- Describe work processes and communicate project updates and results in a logical way and document and share them through MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams);
- Automate tasks such as data movement, simple calculations, etc. to improve work processes within the company;
- Seamlessly collaborate with the staff from the headquarters and Philippine branch and perform tasks requested by them;
- Configure and manipulate various virtual environments for development;
- Stay informed about the latest updates in the field of natural language processing and machine learning research;
- Develop and maintain documentation NLP solutions including user manuals, technical specifications and developer guides; and
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree and at least 2 year of professional experience as a software developer, engineer, or data scientist OR an associate degree and at least 3 years of professional experience as a software developer, engineer, or data scientist;
- Proficiency in programming languages relevant to the job (e.g., Python, Kotlin/Java, etc.);
- Familiarity with mobile development (Kotlin, Swift) and or server-side frameworks (e.g., FastAPI, Django, Flask, Laravel, Spring) for back-end;
- Experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Firebase, MongoDB);
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git);
- Understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum);
- Strong communication skills are often required to collaborate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients;
- Ability and willingness to learn new technologies and tools.
