Job Description
You will manage a team of Call Survey Researchers in charge of gathering important customer data for the company. Your job is to lead and direct the team towards the consistent achievement of this goal.
As such, your responsibilities are the following:
- Interview and select new team members
- Onboard new team members, ensuring that they have all the support that they need in order to perform excellently
- Regularly review team performance against goals and identify areas for improvement (business goals and performance goals)
- Ensure professional services from the team at all times
- Promote a productive and positive environment
- Ensure adequate schedule coverage, make decisions regarding scheduling changes
- Serve as a backup to team members in their absence
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 5 years of successful experience as lead or manager of a call center team
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-managing, proactive, and collaborative
- Excellent customer service skills
- Detail oriented, customer driven, and performance focused
- Able to work both independently and in a team environment
