Job Description
- Training Delivery. Conduct of training programs based on approved design and content.
- Client Servicing. Ensure a long-term and positive relationship with clients.
- Training Needs Analysis. Conduct training needs analysis and evalution of training programs.
- Content design and development. Create and/or recommend training program improvements, program outline based on gathered client needs.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- At least 5 years related hands-on experience performing main responsibilities indicated below
- Has excellent communication skills - writtem and oral English and Filipino
- Adaptable, flexible, fast learner
- Willing to work in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment
