Podcast Editor  

We are seeking a talented and experienced Video/Audio Podcast Editor to join our team. This role is critical in producing high-quality, engaging healthcare-focused content. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in audio and video editing, with a keen eye for detail and a creative mind to effectively convey healthcare topics in an engaging manner.

Responsibilities:

• Edit and assemble recorded raw material into a polished final product, ready for publishing. The material may include camera footage, dialogue, sound effects, graphics, and special effects.
• Collaborate closely with the podcast host and production team to create and implement innovative and engaging content strategies.
• Review, repair, and edit poor quality audio files to improve sound quality and clarity.
• Synchronize and edit video footage with audio files, ensuring seamless integration.
• Use creativity and technical skills to incorporate sound effects, music, and other audio elements.
• Ensure all content meets the company's brand identity and guidelines.
• Manage and oversee the uploading and distribution process of each episode.
• Meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Proficient in English and Tagalog: The candidate must have strong written and spoken English skills, with the ability to clearly communicate both verbally and in writing.
• Proven experience as a Video/Audio Podcast Editor.
• Proficient in audio and video editing software.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen ear for spotting sound inconsistencies or errors.
• Creative mindset with the ability to make complex healthcare topics engaging.
• Team Player: The ability to work well with others, particularly with podcast hosts and/or producer, to achieve the best possible final product.
