Job Description
As Talent Development Associate for Gaming, you will be responsible for the following:
- Oversee all talents under gaming contracts by implementing Kumu's live streaming policies and guidelines, and by providing expert knowledge on gaming live streams;
- Onboard and conduct the live streaming lessons to talents whenever necessary;
- Provide technical support and assistance to gaming talents;
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships between Kumu and agencies and their gaming talents by promptly addressing agency account management matters;
- Create strategies for the development and improvement of talents;
- Ensure that all live streamer KPIs, including but not limited to streaming hours, diamonds earned, concurrent views, and streaming days, are met month on month;
- Provide reports on talent performance, and agency managers and live streamers’ feedback;
- Ensure proper and organized documentation of department files, including but not limited to agency talent master lists, talent performance reports, and talent schedules/calendars;
- Collaborate in interdepartmental meetings that involve the talents; and
- Proactively be updated with the latest live streaming trends and platform changes.
Minimum Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a technical field
- 2+ years of professional experience in the consumer internet or gaming space
- Experience working with streaming software programs (e.g. OBS, Streamlabs, XSplit, etc.) and cross-platform streaming/simulcast
- Strong familiarity with various on-trend games and the gaming community
- Eager to shape the development of a growing team and contribute to shaping the community experience for creators and viewers
- Proficient in MS Excel and Powerpoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
