Mengelola, menganalisa, dan memberikan umpan balik laporan penyimpangan proses, keluhan dan klaim pelanggan (LP-KP-CPAR) serta mengelola dan mengembangkan format QMS (Sistem Manajemen Kualitas) untuk kebutuhan pengembangan (ISO, PST Audit, PIO, Six Sigma, dll)
Minimum Qualifications
- Pendidikan S1 terutama jurusan teknik industri
- Memiliki kemampuan analisa yang cukup baik
- Tidak buta warna
- Memiliki komunikasi yang baik
- Terbiasa bekerja dengan target
- Mempunyai pengetahuan tentang QMS, ISO 9001 & Improvement Tools
- Menguasai Ms. Office
