Job Description
- Managing Building Management Administration
- Manage and maintain the accuracy of company data and documents, including archiving, processing and storing relevant documents.
- Prepare and maintain schedules, organize meetings, and send invitations and reminders to related parties.
- Handles incoming telephone calls, welcomes guests, and provides necessary information.
Assists in managing company finances, such as monitoring cash flow, arranging payments, and compiling simple financial reports. - Interact with employees and external parties, answer general questions, and coordinate relevant administrative needs.
- Support the recruitment and human resource development process, including arranging interview schedules, administering tests, and storing employee data.
- Manage office inventory, place orders and purchase necessary office supplies.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations and promotional materials as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Can operate Microsoft Office;
- Have negotiation skills;
- Minimum 2 years experience in the field of Building Management;
