- Menyusun konsep atau usulan perbaikan sistem dan program remunerasi
- Membuat ketentuan atau memo atas seluruh konsep/usulan atau perubahan remunerasi
- Melakukan implementasi sistem remunerasi yang telah dibuat dalam bentuk sosialisasi
- Melakukan implementasi sistem remunerasi menggunakan sistem yang ada di perusahaan (contoh: Odoo, SAP, dll)
- Melakukan implementasi sistem remunerasi yang berhubungan dengan unit atau divisi lain
- Melakukan koordinasi dengan pihak internal maupun eksternal (BPJS, bank, instansi pemerintahan, Rumah Sakit, dll)
- Menyelesaikan pekerjaan operasional harian
Minimum Qualifications
- Sarjana seluruh jurusan
- Minimal 3 tahun pengalaman di bidang remunerasi, payroll, compensation & benefit, dan yang berkaitan
- Menguasai regulasi di bidang human resources dan sistem remunerasi, payroll, compensation & benefit
- Memiliki kemampuan analisis, problem solving, dan komunikasi yang baik
- Dapat mengoperasikan Ms. Office
- Memahami operating system untuk implementasi payroll (Odoo, SAP)
