QAQC Specialist  

Perform regular inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols to maintain consistency and reliability in product quality.

Conduct tests and analyses using various testing methods and equipment to assess product quality and performance.

Collaborate with production teams to identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Maintain accurate records of quality tests, inspections, and findings, and prepare reports detailing quality metrics and performance indicators.

Train production staff on quality control procedures and best practices to promote a culture of quality awareness and accountability.

Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in quality assurance and quality control, and incorporate relevant changes into existing processes.

Assist in the development and review of product specifications, quality standards, and operating procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and customer expectations.

Participate in internal and external audits to assess compliance with quality management systems and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Quality Management, Chemistry, or Food Technology.

  Proven experience in a quality assurance/quality control role, preferably in the food manufacturing sector.

  Strong knowledge of quality management systems, quality control methodologies, and regulatory requirements including but not limited to ISO standards, FDA regulations.

  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends and patterns.

  Detail-oriented with a degree of accuracy and precision in performing quality tests and inspections.

  Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.

  Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
