Job Description
The Candidate is responsible for answering phones, screening visitors, making travel arrangements, preparing reports, filing and organizing documents, recording meeting minutes, and performing basic bookkeeping tasks.
Minimum Qualifications
Our client is in the construction materials industry and currently looking for an Executive Assistant who can speak and understand mandarin fluently.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Communication Skills
- Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
