- Partnership Development: Identify and engage potential NGO partners in Jakarta, fostering strong relationships and collaborating on mission-aligned initiatives.
- Revenue Target Management: Develop and implement strategies to meet revenue targets, proactively monitoring financial performance and identifying funding opportunities.
- Channeling Kindness:
- Compile and maintain a comprehensive database of potential partners, donors, and supporters.
- Execute outreach plans, organize events, and promote kindness to generate support for our cause.
- Stakeholder Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, advocating for our mission and addressing local community needs effectively.
- Supporting Team Activities: Collaborate with various teams, providing guidance and acting as a liaison between regional and central offices.
Minimum Qualifications
- Domiciled in Bandar Lampung, Lampung
- Good Communication Skills
- Having Background With Journalist/Photography/Account Executive is a plus
- Experience in Organization
- Basic Knowledge about content creation (photo, video, copywriting)
- Passionate About Social Issues
