Job Description
- Handle a group of technicians
- Create and implement plans on how to grow the technical support group in terms of revenues
- Create performance metrics for subordinates
- Create and implement plans on how to improve customer service
- Create and implement necessary processes and systems for the technical support group for better operations
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of any electronics or engineering course
- At least 10 years experience servicing customers of electronics or equipment
- Has experience with diagnosis and repair of technical problems.
- Has experience with installations and calibrations of electronics or equipment
