DevOps Engineer | BGC  

Responsibilities:
• Configure solutions, implement reusable components, translate technical requirements, assist with all stages
of test data, develop interface stubs and simulators and perform script maintenance and updates.
• Participate in the processes of strategic project-planning meetings, provide guidance and expertise on
system options, risk, impact and costs vs. benefits
• Automate deployments through the use of configuration management technology.
• Deploy new modules and upgrades and complete fixes within the production environment
• Maintenance and Troubleshooting of the system architecture
• Enhance performance via gap analysis, identify the most practical alternative solutions and assisting with
modifications.

Requirements:
• Strong experience with SQL
• Strong background in shell scripting
• Strong experience in computer networking
• Experience with configuration management using either Ansible, Chef or Puppet.
• Strong experience with Amazon Web Services esp. EC2, S3, CodeDeploy, ELB, RDS
• Experience with Blue-Green deployments in AWS
• Experience with Jenkins
• Experience with Terraform or other infrastructure automation tools

Nice to have:
• Enthusiasm for trading stocks, ForEx, cryptocurrencies
