Job Description
- Identifying and engaging high potential leads
- Contact sales prospects via cold emails and cold calls
- Help assess a prospect’s needs to determine how our company can provide a solution
- Update lead and prospect activity in CRM to ensure effective lead management
- Obtain thorough knowledge of the prospect’s potential use cases, while identifying the business outcomes to which the company will align.
- Work closely with Business Development (BD) and Customer Success (CS) Team to understand the company and the plans to grow the customer base
- Work with the BD team to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals.
- Make introductory appointments for account executives
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Excellent written and spoken fluency in Bahasa Indonesia English required
- Sales experience major plus
- Able to adapt quickly to change
- A team player with a positive outlook, high energy and persistence
- Possess the ability to confidently navigate through all levels of an organization
- Strong organization and time management
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
