Job Description
Direct subordinates in daily activities, ensure and reliability of the centralized accounting system, prepare periodic management reports, compliance in government reports and periodic remittances and provide support to other departments.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Ensure that daily operation in accounting runs smoothly
- Prepare comparative monthly management reports and supporting analyses or schedules
- Provide support to Marketing, HR and Operations Department for quotations, bidding requirements, and other budget purposes bases on historical records
- Oversee data entry activities routinely to facilitate the accuracy and reliability of data entered and maintained in the accounting system
- Authorize bank transfers for payroll and government remittances
- Approves validity of payment vouchers, journal vouchers and other accounting documents
- Ensure that deadlines for government reports, taxes and payment are properly done, filed and remitted by assigned staff
- Liaise with the auditors, bank personnel, and other third parties
- Monitor past due account and coordinate with Marketing Department for proper action
- Supports and comply with ISO:9001, 2008 and 5S Quality Requirements of the company
- Perform other functions that may be necessary for the group as needed arise
