Job Description
- Full life cycle recruiting (sourcing to closing) with a focus on business roles (business development, marketing, finance) and technology roles (engineering)
- Working with various hiring managers to learn about, prioritize, and execute critical hiring needs
- Develop and implement sourcing plans, hiring strategies, and recruiting processes
- Manage internal stakeholders and providing an exceptional candidate experience
- Delivering the hires that Kalibrr needs to accomplish its mission
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree majoring in Psychology, Management, or other related majors
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience as a recruiter
- Highly analytical, detail oriented and strong business sense; proven ability to manage new ideas and creative solutions
- Great team player, strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and excellent problem-solving skills
