Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition
- Assists in creating and posting job descriptions across various platforms.
- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and applications.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
2. Interview Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
- Provide logistical support for on-site and virtual interviews.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
3. Candidate Engagement:
- Foster relationships with potential candidates and maintain a talent pipeline.
- Communicate effectively with candidates, keeping them informed about the status of their application.
- Support the development of recruitment marketing strategies.
4. Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.
- Generate reports and analytics related to recruitment metrics.
- Assist in analyzing data to identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process.
5. Employer Branding:
- Contribute to the enhancement of Streamlined Campaigns' employer brand.
- Assist in organizing and participating in recruitment events, both virtual and in-person.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Familiarity with recruitment processes and best practices is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
