Job Description

  • Act as “Subject Matter Expert” regarding specific issues and concerns
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure the resolution of concerns
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Minimum Qualifications

  • Fluent in written and oral English is a plus
  • Can provide good customer service
  • Accustomed to handling complaints and concerns
  • Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis on risk management, business or finance, Law, or a field relevant to the industry
  • Good communication skills, confidence, and organizational skills
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Marcos Highway Antipolo City
