- Act as “Subject Matter Expert” regarding specific issues and concerns
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure the resolution of concerns
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Minimum Qualifications
- Fluent in written and oral English is a plus
- Can provide good customer service
- Accustomed to handling complaints and concerns
- Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis on risk management, business or finance, Law, or a field relevant to the industry
- Good communication skills, confidence, and organizational skills
- Applicants must be willing to work in Marcos Highway Antipolo City
