UI/UX Designer  

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research to know more about users’ digital interactions and habits

• Creates user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups

• Creates user-centered designs by understanding user feedback and company requirements

• Develops and conceptualizes a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy

• Translates collected information into style guides, design systems, and attractive user interfaces

• Designs and tests UI elements such as navigational components, search boxes, widgets, etc.

• Creates original graphic designs such as images, sketches, and tables

• Pinpoints and troubleshoots UX problems

• Works with Product Managers to collaborate with Engineering and Management Teams

• Incorporates customer feedback and usage metrics into design to enhance user experience

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who will be responsible for the user experience and user interface of our mobile applications and websites. He/she must have a passion for delivering adaptive and creative solutions to design problems, and must be up to date with the latest emerging design trends and technologies.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a UI/UX Designer

• Strong portfolio of UI/UX design work for mobile and web platforms

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite

• Proficient in prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch

• Strong attention to detail and keen eye for aesthetics

• Problem solver and customer-centered

• Excellent communication skills and can articulate ideas, designs, and suggestions

• Strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders

• With multi-tasking and time management skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks
