John Clements Consultants, Inc. was founded in November 1974 by the late Mr. Leocadio J. Dominguez, an accomplished Corporate Executive and CPA with an MBA from Harvard Business School, together with Mr. John W. Clements, a well-known Psychology Consultant in Australia. During that time, Executive Search was the pioneering business and flagship of the John Clements Consultants Group. As the pioneer in the industry, John Clements Consultants had to educate the market before creating a market niche. After overcoming the challenges of growth for almost three decades, the company now stands stronger than ever. From its initial venture in executive search, other divisions and companies have been formed comprising the John Clements Consultants Group. Since its inception in 1974, John Clements Consultants, Inc. has grown into one of the largest consulting firms in the Philippines today, with a leadership position in the local market and a strengthening presence in the international scene, notably in Asia, the Middle East, and the US. While it has grown in size and business interests, locally and internationally, and prospects of further expansion remain in the horizon, the John Clements Consultants Group has maintained its focus on its core competencies: recruitment and training.
