Job Description
Web Developer
To design and transform user requirements into application programs and work on highly complex projects for IT automation/data processing systems; to assist in the evaluation of business problems and development and system development projects with the objective to provide information system solutions for company internal users or customers.
Minimum Qualifications
- On-call 24/7 support and experience in application support required
- Proficient skills in analysis and transformation of business requirements to technical deliverables required
- Proficient skills in programming languages specifically in Oracle PL/SQL, JavaScript, Bash Shell/Shell Scripting, Awk, HTML, CSS required
- Must be very comfortable to work in both Linux and MS Windows
- Must possess program troubleshooting and analysis skills
- Good to have working knowledge in UNIEDIFACT/XML/Cargo IMP for logistic related EDI integration
- Good to have knowledge in barcode printer programming languages (Zebra and Sato)
- Good to have knowledge of source code control systems such as CVS and SVN
- Good to have working knowledge of continuous integration systems such as Hudson and Jenkins
- Knowledge of the SDLC model and able to appreciate the different stages of life cycle
- Basic documentation skills and able to use Microsoft Word and Visio for software design
