Job Description
ROLE PURPOSE:
- Responsible in the development of assigned account or channel or distributor.
- Responsible for the overall coordination, implementation, execution, and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, brand directions, commitments, and goals.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Performs business building activities
- Aides distributors in the maintenance of existing accounts
- Conducts regular visits on assigned outlet/account/channel/distributors and identifies opportunities for growth in the trade.
- Communicates trade marketing directions to sales team/account/distributors.
- Creates data base of accounts/channel
- Drives effective field execution of trade marketing programs and monitor output/effect on the target shopper/trade
- Builds and maintains positive working relationships with the trade (e.g. accounts, distributors, agencies, etc.)
- Gathers data on competitors and relays to superior all supporting information for promotion strategy/plan
- Searches new market opportunities in product distribution for endorsement to marketing/sales
- Forwards order of new accounts to assigned sales man/CDS/distributor
- Regularly coordinates with sales team/distributors to ensure availability of products on areas with event activation
- Identifies merchandising opportunities in-store, outside store, event, and other possible areas.
- Opens new accounts on assigned channel (industrial, POS, HRI)
2. Implements, executes, controls and completes specific projects of the department
- Constantly monitors and provides progress/status reports on all programs to all concerned
- Coordinates all the details required and ensures that events runs smoothly and successfully
- Plans and schedules project timelines to be reported to the immediate head
- Updates immediate superior every project’s progress, problems, concerns and solutions made to resolve every concerns.
- Oversees and performs set-up and troubleshoots any issues that may arise
- Implements and manages project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
- Does inventory and submits regularly product samples inventory before and after each activity
- Prepares and submits Post Event Evaluation Reports and other administrative requirements based on the agreed timelines
- Submits Daily Activity Report before 9AM
3. Performs other tasks as assigned by superior.

Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Trade sales experience (modern or general trade sales)
