Marketing Assistant  

Area of Responsibility

• Content Creation: Assist in the development of engaging and compelling marketing content, including but not limited to blog posts, social media posts, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Social Media Management: Maintain and update social media accounts, create and schedule posts, monitor engagement, and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to provide valuable insights for marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of marketing events, such as product launches, trade shows, or promotional activities.
• Email Marketing: Assist in creating and implementing email marketing campaigns, including designing templates, segmenting lists, and analyzing campaign performance.
• Data Analysis: Analyze marketing data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make recommendations for improvements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including graphic designers, and marketing managers, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
• Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing marketing materials.
• Reasonable tasks as delegated by the team lead

Background

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (knowledge of Dynamics Marketing is a plus!)
• Knowledge of social media trends and best practices
• Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed recommendations
• Creativity and the ability to contribute innovative ideas to marketing campaigns
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Familiarity with basic graphic design and content creation tools is a plus
