Job Description
Area of Responsibility:
- Implement fixes, enhancements, and modifications within the Microsoft Dynamics CRM (2016/Dynamics 365)
- Manage and resolve support cases for CRM.
- Establish and maintain a positive relationship with customers written communication.
- Remote problem solving.
- Bug Fixing.
- Assume full ownership and responsibility of all allocated support tickets ensuring they are dealt with promptly and professionally and satisfactorily concluded.
- Ensure strict adherence to SLA when dealing with customer tickets.
- Work closely with the relevant stakeholders to ensure that the highest quality of technical support and consultancy is delivered to the customer at all times.
- Work with other technical staff to ensure connectivity and compatibility between systems.
- Work with vendors/partners to resolve complex problems.
- Document relevant technical information on the internal Customer Service Hub including system problems, problem resolution and knowledge base content.
Minimum Qualifications
Job Requirements:
Background
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related studies.
- Minimum 1 – 2 years relevant experience from a similar role.
- Appropriate level of competence in documented technical skills.
- Dynamics CRM configuration experience.
- First experience knowledge of and proficiency with the native configuration and customization tools for Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Relevant second level qualification in IT or Business.
- Has Microsoft D365 Field Service know-how.
Technical/Functional Skills
- Microsoft Dynamic CRM – D365 (and/or earlier versions)
- Microsoft Operating Systems
- Standard Troubleshooting Procedures
- ITIL Framework
Soft Skills
- Can converse in Business English (oral and written)
- Planning skills and ability to work under minimal supervision, multi-task, and prioritize work
- Accurate, well organized, persistent and quality driven
- Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables
- Team player with strong communication skills and customer focus
