Job Description
Summary
- Organizing employee engagement programs/events & internal/external training.
- Administer company benefit programs in compliance with government regulations and established company policies; ensure timeliness of service provided to all employees
- Provide service-oriented assistance to all employees to answer their questions, resolve problems related to access to, status or payment of benefits
- Maintain adequate volume and manage upkeep of employee benefit and other related forms.
- Documents human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Proficiency in the use of MS Excel, MS Office, MS Word.
- Administrative Writing Skills, Verbal Communication, Maintaining Employee Files, Compensation and Wage Structure, Orienting Employees, Benefits Administration, Interviewing Skills, Professionalism, Organization, Teamwork, Supply Management.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
