Job Function:
- To drive sustainable financial growth through developing business strategies, attracting new clients, and forging strong relationships with existing ones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement overarching business development strategies.
- Identify and tap into new markets, expanding the company’s reach.
- Build and maintain high-level relationships with clients and partners.
- Collaborate with senior management to align business development with overall company strategy.
- Lead and mentor Business Development Teams, setting objectives and reviewing performance.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Extensive experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Strong communication, team management, and strategic planning skills.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
