Warehouse Quality Assurance  

Evaluate product for correctness and quality standards in various areas based on established quality standards. The selected candidate will also maintain required form, reports, product samples, and files for supporting quality review and function. The Quality Control Technician will also support special projects including pilot projects and new projects through the Research and Development department.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Must have a mechanical mind and an astute attention to detail, love hands-on work where your Knowledge and analysis will contribute to the overall quality of the products.
• Testing and inspecting products at different stages of production for a variety of qualities, such as dimensions, performance, and mechanical, electrical, or chemical characteristics.
• Compiling and evaluating statistical data to determine and maintain quality and reliability of products.
• Interpreting engineering drawings, schematic diagrams, or formulas and conferring with staff to determine quality and reliability standards.
• Recommending modifications of existing quality or production standards to achieve optimum quality within limits of equipment capability.
• Evaluating customer returned products for the discrepancy, root cause, and corrective action.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with first article inspection is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret operating instructions and procedure manuals.
• Must have a tough stand on the quality problem when reporting to the supplier.
• Must know how to use, operate, and install hardware/software into a computer unit.
