- Review client engagement contracts, specifically collection terms and agreements
- Develop program for cash flow efficiencies
- Review and monitor all disbursing transactions of the business
- Make disbursements for approved transactions
- Review and reconcile the generated financial statements: P&L, cash flow, balance sheet
- Prepare month-to-month financial analysis and reporting to management
- Ensure compliance with government units (LGU, BIR, SEC, and others)
- Prepare annual budget
- Review and monitor employee productivity
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or Management Accounting
- Has experience in accounting and finance; at least 3 years of supervisory level experience
- Has experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning and simulations
- Knowledgeable in finance and banking transactions
- Knowledgeable in taxation and compliance with BIR requirements
