Job Description
- Conduct customer product support through web interface (Zendesk/JIRA), email, chat and phone
- Conduct first level data curation and analysis
- Conduct support for analysts for the Data Science team
- Conduct article summarization for client product
- Carry out tasks and assignments as required by the project
- Prepare reports as required
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any 4 year course, preferably in information Technology.
- Relevant work experience in Technical Support, research, and basic knowledge in Cyber Security.
- Strong technical foundation in security and intelligence principles, as well as Saas platform.
- 1+ years providing product support in a Saas platform, with ability to diagnose & address challenging application issues
- 1+ years experience in information security
- Strong English written and oral communication skills interacting effectively with clients, analysts, and developers.
- Flexible in terms of work schedule
