Job Description
Aux is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Executive Assistant to support our client, a renowned celebrity stylist, in managing day-to-day responsibilities. As the Personal Executive Assistant, you will be a crucial part of the organization and help ensure the client can operate efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for managing the calendar, arranging travel, coordinating meetings, handling confidential documents, and much more. The ideal candidate will be proactive and able to anticipate the needs of the client to ensure they have everything they need to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Manage the client’s calendar and prioritize meetings and appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars
- Handle confidential information and ensure confidentiality is maintained at all times
- Organize and prepare documents, reports, and presentations for meetings
- Liaise with internal staff and external partners on behalf of the client
- Conduct research and provide timely updates to the client on relevant topics
- Manage expense reports and other administrative tasks as needed
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an executive assistant role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other related software
