Job Description
- Oversee the execution of in-store projects
- Assess the results and effectiveness of project executions, and provide recommendations on specific areas of improvement
- Manage the scheduling, deployment, status updates, and overall logistics for project executions
- Supervise, mentor, and provide development opportunities to teams
- Ensure that all teams consistently conduct quality executions
- Participate in various meetings with clients and agency partners as needed
- Engage in fieldwork as needed
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or any related field.
- At least 5 years of working experience in project management/marketing/event management/brand activation / in-store executions
- Has supervisory experience
- Has an awesome personality and ready to join a dynamic team
- Willing to work in a hybrid setup (office is located in Ortigas, Pasig)
