Job Description
- Confirm that data and documents collected are complete and in alignment with requirements, adhering to procedures and standards
- Adhere to and meet the set schedule and deadlines for admin-related tasks.
- Input, track and maintain all data, documents, and records on systems or trackers.
- Assure files are properly prepared and saved to systems and/or backup drives, where applicable.
- Verify submitted docs by MEX and follow up lacking requirements via Email and Call
- Other duties as assigned by Management or reporting Supervisor.
- Participate in team meetings, activities, and promote team spirit.
- Project Based
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a college graduate of any related course.
- Preferably with experience in encoding.
- Computer literate with maximum skill in using Microsoft Office (MS Word and Excel) or Gsuite (gdocs/gsheets)
- Can encode data with speed and accuracy.
- Ability to quickly process and organize information.
