Job Description
- The Training Specialist conducts training and development programs tailor-fitted to the needs of the client.
- This includes, but is not limited to:
- Training delivery
- Classroom facilitation
- Assessments, Evaluation, Monitoring
- Continuous improvement of training initiatives and client communications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Education/Teaching/Training, Human Resource Management, Humanities/Liberal Arts, Mass Communications, Marketing, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent
- Required language(s): English, Filipino, and Bisaya
- Preferably with 1-4 years experience specializing in Training & Development or equivalent
- Applicants must be willing to go on fieldwork
- Willing to work in a hybrid setup (office is located in Tres Borces, Cebu City, Cebu)
