HR Generalist  

1. Recruitment and Staffing:
   • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
   • Coordinating and developing job descriptions and job specifications.
   • Source candidates through various channels like job portals, social media, and networking.
   • Conduct interviews, assess applicants, and make recommendations to hiring managers.
   • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
2. Employee Relations:
   • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
3. Performance Management:
   • Assist in establishing goals and objectives for employees through KPI
   • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
   • Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programs.
4. Training and Development:
   • Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
   • Identify training needs through performance evaluations and feedback.
   • Collaborate with department heads to develop training plans.
5. HR Administration:
   • Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
   • Process timekeeping and ensure compliance with payroll regulations.
   • Handle employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
   • Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is often required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse groups of people.
• Experience with recruitment, performance management, and other HR functions is highly desirable.
• Experience in Retail and Apparel and Fashion (SM Portal, DEMO endorsement) is an advantage.
• This is a work-on-site (work at the office)
