Job Description
- Report to the Assistant General Manager
- Supervise the day-to-day operations sales –tech support in terms of customer servicing,internal department support
- Maintain high level of customer service and support.
- Ensure client records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Ensure contract/proposal are updated and complies accordingly.
- Supervise, assist, guide, coach, discipline, motivate and evaluate her team member’s performance.
- Responsibleforthemeasurement, monitoring,reportingofindividualKPIandteamKPI(KeyPerformance
- Indicator)
- Responsibleforcreatingcontrolstoavoidand/orminimizeoperatingcosts
- Create, review, revise department policies, procedures and guidelines
- Train team members
- Comply with company policies and procedures
- Implement to the team company policies, procedures and guidelines
- Prepare management reports
- Perform team member’s duties and responsibilities when deemed necessary
- Perform other related tasks advised by the immediate leader
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering ( Electrical/ Electronics), Engineering (industrial) or equivalent
- Required skills: sales, engineering, ECE
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon CityBanawe
