Job Description

As a Customer Care Agent (Customer Support Service Agent), you will be responsible for assisting the European/American passengers of Air France/ KLM Royal Dutch Airline in relation to their complaints, claims, compliments and other airline ticket/concerns. As for the schedule, you will have a shifting schedule (AM, PM, and graveyard shifts) and holiday duties as well.

Minimum Qualifications

Preferably graduate of Tourism/Travel Industry/, Airport Operations/Management, Communications, and other similar courses;

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;

Great attention to details;

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills;

Call Center experience is an advantage;

Experience in working in a customer care environment of a commercial and service oriented company.

Experience in complaint handling

Willing to work on-site or be in an office-based setup in Makati
