Production Assistant | Graveyard Shift  

We are looking for a competent Production Assistant to support all aspects of Podcast Production. The crew will count on you for various crucial tasks, from organizing sets to recording and post-production work. If you want to prove yourself and work your way up the ranks in media, this is the place to start. High energy and commitment are essential. If you are a restless individual who can multi-task, solve problems and do things proactively, you’ll quickly become invaluable.

The goal is to ensure production gets on smoothly and problem-free.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties assigned by directors, producers etc
• Help prepare the set with audio, props, equipment etc.
• Assist producers, directors, editors and other crew members
• Escort and assist podcasters during recordings
• Perform administrative work (answering messages, paperwork etc.)
• Undertake errands as assigned
• Assist in synchronizing video and audio tracks
• Test and improve sound quality
• Suggest improvements for all deliveries as identified
• Add sound effects to recordings

Salary: Php 12,000-16,000

Minimum Qualifications

• Senior High School graduates and college undergraduates
• Knowledge in editing softwares (experience is a plus)
• Passion for audio and podcast industry
• Computer savvy
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking ability
• A team player with great communication skills and good listening skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Patience and the ability to maintain a professional demeanor
• Has own device and internet connection amenable for remote working
• Willing to work on shifting schedules and graveyard shifts
