Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

Process Specialist for the following parent processes:
myBSS CRM/KMS User ID access management
Facilitates Business parameter table definition in BSS
Documents request and cascade for system definition
Parameter setup in MTPOS
Number Utilization reporting
Number range definition in ISG systems

C. Ensures proper documentation of the following :
1. SR tickets are closed with notes of deployment
2. Prepares weekly reports to IS with SLA achievement
3. Updates team drive on SLA for user ID creation

D. Ensures the following process are executed on MTPOS
1. Promo id and rates creation
2. Updates remedy on SR deployed/created
3. Attends to internal inquiry or incident related to MTPOS product setup

E. Ensures the following process are executed in Number Ulitization
1. Daily extract number statistics on used, available both for mobile and DUO
2. Provide weekly report to prodman and escalates critical level on availability

F. Ensures the following process are executed in Number range definition;
1. Request for new number range and access codes in various ISG platforms
2. Monitors testing of new numbers in systems
3. Request for definition in Amdocs mediation for filtering rules

Attend to incidents related to BPT as well as inquiry from internal customers

A. Ensures proper execution of the following child processes under Access management.
1. Daily extracts of Service Request/SAR
2. Facilitates approval of access from module owners
3. Creation of user id via CRM webtool
B. Ensures proper execution of the following processes under BPT creation
Extract daily from Remedy BPT SR and reviews template
Facilitates discussion with user and L2 Amdocs for clarification of requests
Inclusion of SR in bi-monthly prioritization with support
Monitors deployment of SR with support based on SLA
Cascade to users on deployment of SRs

Minimum Qualifications

Requirements

Work Experience
2-3 work experience
IT/Telco industry experience
Good customer handling background
Level of Knowledge
Bachelors degree minimum requirement in any Business or IT related course
