- Handling clerical works including listing, filing and organizing data files.
- Assisting in providing verification of documents between the employees and company.
- Maintaining forms and documents of employees in timely manner.
- Recording employees’ attendance.
- Processing employees’ data with confidentiality.
- Managing repository organization of memorandums, employees’ engagements and other related documents.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or any equivalent course.
- Has above average skills in written and communication especially in English.
- Computer knowledgeable and proficient in using MS Office applications.
- At least half a year of work experience, Experience in Admin Assistance.
