Product & Services The HR System implemented in PeopleSoft serves a broad range of industries depending on the clients’ requirements. The basic human resource modules are transactional in nature like core HR data, payroll, benefits, leaves, time & labor. Even if the model is geared towards outsourcing of HR & Payroll, HRMall provides client employees and managers self-service capability to be able to transact HR business requirements with ease. The HR Portal is a web-based system accessed directly by employees to obtain and share HR content that includes but is not limited to frequently asked questions (FAQs), policies & procedures, events, and employee related information. We estimate that out of 100 employee calls, 66% are phone-in queries asking about HR policies and information. By providing these types of information to employees, HR decreases calls received from employees on administrative matters. Hence, HR practitioners are able to focus more on strategic and business issues of the organization. The HR Employee Contact Center (HR ECC) is a support structure for the HR System and HR Portal. Our highly competent contact center agents receive, answer, log, and manage employee calls. A report is generated by the Employee Contact Center and is reported back to the client in compliance with the service level agreements (SLAs) agreed upfront. HR content is mapped out to the HR Employee Contact Center solution and is used by the contact center agents as a reference point for all employee queries. HRMall also delivers a full range of customized accounting, payroll and human resources solutions to growing companies in all industries, including restaurants and hospitality, real estate and property management, and manufacturing and distribution. Our web-based solutions process more than $10 billion in transactions annually, saving clients up to 68%.
