Invoicing Assistant  

The Purchasing Assistant is responsible for ensuring purchases are received at expected place and time. He/she performs all duties related to purchase order entry and post entry Interacts with suppliers to maintain pricing and delivery scheduling. He/she also works with vendors and accounts payable personnel to satisfy our obligations as a good customer. Other responsibilities are as follows:

• Prepare and issue daily invoices; Process debit/ credit memo
• Prepare Warranty & Internal DR's. Uodate monitoring on the daily basis.
• Other task that may be assisgned.

• Graduate of any course
• With or without experience
• Preferably single
• Strong analytical and planning skills
• Exceptional option to details is a must/ industrious/hardworking
• Proficient in standard office applications such as document, presentation, and spreadsheet applications.
