Job Description
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders on proposed activities that impact the company's business processes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on the creation of internal regulations, including new regulations, regulation development, etc., and assist in the administration process until the regulations are successfully issued and disseminated.
- Perform the assurance function of business process implementation, ensuring that internal regulations are optimally implemented.
- Conduct evaluations and report to management on the implementation of development initiatives and progress related to the issuance of internal regulations within the company.
Minimum Qualifications
- Min Bachelor Degree from reputable university
- A background in economics or business/management is a strong advantage.
- Min 3 years career experience in various sector, 1-2 years experience in banking/financial institution is more preferable
- Experience in works related to project management, product management, operational management, compliance
- General Competency: Communication and collaboration, Project Management, Product Management, Business process analysis
- Technical Competency: SOP drafting, Public speaking and presentation.
