Heritas Capital Management Pte. Ltd ("Heritas"​) originally started out as the fund management arm of the IMC Group, which is a privately owned enterprise with diversified businesses in shipping, lifestyle /real estate and learning/wellness/social entrepreneurship. Since 2013, Heritas became a Capital Markets Services ("CMS"​) licensed A/I (Accredited / Institutional) fund management company with assets under management of over S$250m. Currently, Heritas manages private equity and venture capital funds focused on the healthcare, education and technology sectors across the Asia-Pacific region and has demonstrated strong hands-on track record of originating, executing and managing investments.
