Job Description
- Responsible for overseeing front desk operations on a daily basis.
- Promotes and sells products and services.
- Ensures to deliver customer satisfaction.
- Partakes in the achievement of the branch’s target sales through.
- Answering of phone calls, customer inquiries, customer data management and cashiering.
- Receiving of customers at the stores.
- Address customers’ queries and complaints.
- Introduce and promote product ranges and treatment services to customers.
- Comply with operating policies and objectives or changes in existing policies and workflow.
- Assist the ABM in managing the store, motivating the team, driving sales and maintaining exceptional customer service
- Responsible for nurturing referred and captured clients for store thru product promos, services, avail monitoring, new services, etc.
- Update immediate superior regarding store happenings and concerns such as customer feedback, products, and services needed, suggestions or complaints.
- Office Supplies custodian- responsible for ordering of supplies such as GWP, price stickers, store supplies.
- Provide good customer service based on company standard.
- Handle with a sense of urgency all customer queries.
- Target zero customer complaints at all times.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidates must possess Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business Management, Marketing, Hospitality or equivalent
- Preferably, Female
- Those with customer service oriented work exp. e.g. in Sales, Hospitality are highly qualified.
- With 1year sales experience.
- Must be highly aggressive and sales-driven
- Knowledge in business reporting is a PLUS
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Must have a pleasant personality and able to carry herself well suggestive selling.
- Mall hours (Opening, Midshift and Closing)
- Must be willing to assigned in Serendra, SM Megamall, Greenbelt 5, Powerplant Mall (Rockwell Makati), Lucky Chinatown Binondo, and Trinoma.
